Information and purposes
We receive contact messages and an optional reply email through the website form, session credentials for administration, and daily-hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention. Contact information is used to answer requests; security records protect the service. Public football records relate to sporting activity and include source attribution. We do not sell personal data or create advertising profiles.
Legal grounds and retention
Security and response handling rely on legitimate interests, where applicable, balanced against your rights; legally required processing relies on the applicable obligation. Optional advertising requires separate consent. Contact messages are deleted after 30 days, security events after 7 days, application sessions expire after 30 minutes and audit records after 12 months. Provider-controlled operational records follow the provider’s policy. An information notice is not a consent request.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, database delivery and Turnstile protection. Its global network may process information outside your country. No optional Google advertising runs until approval and consent requirements are met. Applicable international-transfer safeguards and operator obligations must be assessed for each enabled provider; regional D1 placement alone does not limit all processing to that region.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restrictions, portability, object to processing, withdraw optional consent, or complain to the competent authority. Turkish requests include the rights under KVKK article 11. EU/UK residents may contact their supervisory authority. Send a request to business@muhammedakkus.com; we ask only for proportionate information to verify it. Turkish requests are addressed within the statutory 30-day period; GDPR requests normally within one month, subject to lawful extensions.
Other regions and children
We respect applicable regional privacy rights, including opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. There is currently no sale or sharing for behavioral advertising. Please do not submit sensitive information or children’s personal data. This notice describes the actual service and does not claim certification or universal legal compliance.
